Text vs Video vs Audio
Text is low resolution, it let some uncertainty to participants to feel in, it brings more engagement
Audio/Video are more high resolution, it has less uncertainty.
If you are a beginner video/audio is easier to you to follow because they will have more “complete” information.
Text are better to store gists, tl;dr;
It is easier to skim and to compose.
To make read productive you need to be able to control low and high resolution reading, with and without details.
What is better to learn?
If you have no knowledge about this subject, try to go for videos/audio first, high resolution to fill most of your basic questions.
Then move to a low res medium to gather more knowledge faster, and fill yourself the uncertainty to Make it stick better.
Workshop is a mix of high and low res.
