Skin in the Game
Skin in the game is when you risk yourself to gain the upside, but also I aware of the downside.
Everytime you have more upside then downside (asymmetry), it causes troubles in the society.
One good example of bad asymmetry is politics, where the ruler does not feel the pain of their actions
Employee vs employer
Employee loose most of the skin in the game in the long run.
The employee does not feel that his acts influences a lot the company.
Bad employees will focus more on themselves, harming the company whole result
You only see the 3D picture when you do something, when you own the result and the implementation
